KBQX-30DG Single-Hose Dry Ice Cleaning Machine is a new type of cleaning equipment, which removes the dirties from the part surface by the high-density dry ice pellet blasting onto the part surface through a high speed gun, where the dry-ice pellets are driven by compressed air.

Features of Dry-ice cleaning:

Dry-ice is solid of CO2 under ambient temperature, its working temperature is -78.5 degree below zero.

The dirties are removed out under compressed air, there is no secondary pollutions.

It doesn’t need to be additional cleaning material such as water and sands, which are usually necessary while using pressured hrydro-blasting.

Furthermore, dry-ice cleaning is a type of “dry cleaning”, it’s not conductive media, thus be safe to electric alliances.

The advantages of low-temperature cleaning and getting rid of secondary pollutions of dry-ice cleaning make it un-replaceable in many applications.
