Bearing units is made of insert bearings and various structural type casting housings ( or stamping steel housings) .
Insert bearing is a kind of deep groove ball bearing with spherical outer ring and double sealing structure and some types have widened inner ring.
This bearing has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, small size.
It has greater carrying capacity and higher limit speed comparing those corresponding dimensions spherical ball bearings which are equipped with splittable housings.
It has good spherical performance and the permitted angle is up to ±10°.
It has a lower requirement to the machining accuracy of host- relevant parts.
Between bearing inner hole and shaft is clearance fit that can directly adopt jackscrew ( set screw) , eccentric sleeve or set busing to make bearing and shaft to fastening, installation and easy disassembly in any position, especially suitable for main engine with multi- branch bearing, long shaft and small rigidity deformable shaft.
