We, as Principal Seller, with full corporate and legal responsibility, confirm that the Seller are ready, willing and able to supply Refined Sunflower Oil, according to the following terms and conditions from the provider.



COMMODITY: Refined Sunflower Oil

ORIGIN: Malaysia

QUALITY: International Standard

QUANTITY & PRICE: 12, 500 MT x 12 – USD800/MT

CONTRACT DURATION: One Year contract

DESTINATION: CIF ASWP Port

DELIVERY: 2 – 3 WEEKS AFTER PAYMENT INSTRUMENT

PACKING: Buyer’s Choice (Bulk Vessel or Flexi Tank)

TERMS OF PAYMENT: 100% Irrevocable, Transferable DLC / SBLC

PERFORMANCE BOND: The Seller will Post 2% PB after Receipt of Payment Instrument

INSURANCE: 110% Provided by Seller

NOTE

PRICE DOES INCLUDE USD20/MT COMMISSION

SELLER’S STANDARD PROCEDURE:

1 - Buyer issues a LOI

2 - Seller issues SCO

3 - Buyer issues ICPO + NCNDA/IMFPA

4 - Seller issues Draft Contract

5 - Buyer sign, seal and return the Contract

6 - Seller sign the Contract and return to the Buyer

7 - Buyer and Seller deposit a copy of the signed Contract to their respective

banks

8 - Within 3 (three) banking days, Buyer’s bank sends a Non-operative DLC

9 - Within 5/7 (five to seven) banking days Seller's bank sends POP /Proof of Products/ via Swift to the Buyer’s bank.

*POP including ISCC and other Certificates requested by buyer

10 - Payment Instrument is Operative

11 - After the bank instruments are operatives, Seller issue 2% PB

12 - Shipment commences as per the terms of the contract schedule
