Sodium copper chlorophyll is natural edible pigment extracted
from green plants rich in chlorophyll .
This pigment has the
same hue with green plants, strong tinting strength, and a
little poor light resistance and heat resistance.
In solid food it has good stability , in Ph< 6 solution the
precipitation appears, so this pigment is more suitable for
neutral or alkaline foods (PH value 7 to 12).
Application: green peas cans, fruit and vegetable juice
