-Sources of raw materials: Convolvulaceae massive roots of sweet potato plants.

As a food crop, sweet potatoes are widely planted in a global scale and have a long history for food.

-Function: Flavonoids, the main ingredients of which are anthocyanins.

The product has the effects of antioxidation, antivirus, antimutagen, and Bacteriostat.

At room temperature, the appearance is purple or dark purple; it is soluble in water and ethanol solution.

The color tone and stability subject to pH: it is stable red or purple red when the solution is acidic; it is blue when the solution is neutral; it is unstable green when the solution is alkaline.

-Application: Coloring or complementary color for carbonated drinks, fruit juice (flavor) drinks, ratafee, liqueur, jam, candy, jelly and products in other fields.
