-Source of raw material: Extract from natural mulberry plants.

As a kind of food plant, mulberries are widely planted in the world and have a long history as food.

-Function The main ingredient of mulberries is Anthocyanin, which has good effects of medicine and health care.

Mulberry Red is easily soluble in water and dilute alcohol solution, but not soluble in non-polar organic solvents.

In acidic conditions, the product shows a stable purple; in neutral conditions, it is purple and in alkaline conditions it is purple to violet blue.
