1 - Stainless steel sanitary self-priming pump mainly consists of the pump body, impeller, shaft, frame, motor and other components and the structure is precise, easy to move.

2, the self-priming pump in general installation conditions, the suction height of 3 meters, if in some occasions to further improve the suction height, then pay attention to the installation of the suction pipe is shorter for the better, the pump inhalation should try to avoid valves, elbows and tees.

The vertical height of the discharge pipe is within 1 meter, and within 1 meter of the pump outlet is vertical, and there is no elbow in the middle, so the large suction height of the pump can be obtained.

3, the pump body is equipped with gas and water separation chamber and the gas water separation chamber connects with outlet.

Water storage chamber and return valve is connected.

When self-priming, the return valve is automatically opened, the return valve body has a positive impeller cone nozzle, self-priming is helpful to improve the speed of self-priming.

4, there is a rubber valve between the inlet joint and the pump body, automatically close when stopping, keep the pump filled with liquid for the next primer.

5 - The lower end of the inlet of the pump is provided with a discharging port, which can be removed by twisting and opening the sealing cover.

6 - Rubber sealing rings are used at the outlet and the inlet, and mechanical seals are used to seal the rotating shaft.
