Features

Pump casing: the double-volute structure reduces the radial thrust, the fluid that entering into impeller will be distributed evenly and symmetry.

The suction and drain on casing, without dismantling the pipeline to replace the wear parts and rotor parts

Pump cover : the symmetry double pump cover structure, it is easily for maintains, The cooling chamber which could decrease the working temperature in seal chamber, which guarantees seal long running and reliability.

Impeller: the double suction impeller would automatic balance the axial force of rotor, which decrease the NPSHr.

Shaft: the rigidity Shaft designing could guarantee the pump running steadily under the working speed.

The heavy-duty shaft is designed for adopting the suitable bearing span, which supplies the reliability and anti-turn safety, it is easily assembly when using the taper extended shaft.

The bearing: the equipped diagonal contacting ball bearing that would guarantee the load capacity in heavy duty.

There are air cooling(t<120 °C), wind cooling (t=120°C-260°C) and water cooling (t=260°C-450 °C), which will decrease the bearing working temperature to improve the bearing life.

The seal and auxiliary system: completely according to the API682 with flushing pipeline and cooling system.

Overview

Series SBR is a horizontal between bearings radially-split double-volute single-, two- or three-stage centrifugal pump.

Two hydraulic powers of high efficiency and anti-cavitation can be selected for the impeller depending on the operation condition so that it can be used for a broader range of operation conditions.

Series HR pumps comply with the design requirements in API 61010th and API 610 11th.

The product was designed by reference with the design and hydraulic performance of the most excellent similar products at home and abroad and by use of the advanced hydraulic power and strength analysis software.

Application range

Widely used for recovering excessive hydraulic pressure energy from petroleum refining, petrochemical, CTL, coal chemical, natural gas processing, polycrystalline silicon, platforming, heating and other plants.

Typically used as hydraulic desulfurization and decarburization turbines in synthetic ammonia plants, hydraulic hydrogenation turbines in petroleum refining plants, hydraulic circulating water recovery turbines in polycrystalline silicon plants, turbine expansion engines in liquefied natural gas stations, hydraulic high-pressure water recovery turbines in sea water desalinization, etc.
