Zsm Dsm Dewatering Screen - China

Designed to perform multitasks such as dewatering, desliming, degritting, rinsing, scrubbing and washing.

A dryer and cleaner fine aggregate materials is the product of this machine.

Generally consists of exciter, screen box, screen mesh, brackets and damping device.

Screen surface area up to 13 m².

Feeding size is up to 300 mm and vibrating frequency is 800 Hz.

Design can be customized based on clients’ preferences.



Working Principle

Almost the same as that of linear vibrating screen where machine is driven by double vibrating motors installed on the dewatering screen.

When two motors spin concurrently and in different directions, exciting force produced by eccentric block are resolved in parallel to the direction of the motor axis motion and integrated across the motor axis orientation.

This causes the movement trajectory to be linear.

The angle of inclination between the two motors and screen deck causes the materials being sieved to be tossed to make leapfrog and in the same time moving forward linearly, while liquids flow down through the screen mesh.
