Zg Vibrating Feeder - China

An instrument that uses vibration to channel materials into a machine.

Integrates both vibration and gravity to move material.

Consists of feed end, vibration body, vibrating motor and damping device.

Feeding size up to 150 mm.

Processing capacity up to 750 t/h.

Frequency of vibrating motor is 25 Hz.



Working Principle

The machine is driven by double vibrating motors.

When two motors spin concurrently and in different directions, exciting force produced by eccentric block are resolved in parallel to the direction of the motor axis motion and integrated across the motor axis orientation.

This cause the movement trajectory to be linear.

The angle of inclination between the two motors and screen deck causes the materials being sieved to be tossed to make leapfrog, and in the same time moving forward linearly, under the influence of resultant force of the exciting force and weight of the materials.
