Ya Yk Circular Vibrating Screen - China

A multilayer and a high efficiency advanced technology to sieve materials, mainly consists of screen box, screen mesh, damping spring, driven device etc.

Produce a strong exciting force by adopting cylinder bearing eccentric block.

Classified into two types – YA type which is exciter of axis eccentric and YK type which is adjustable vibrator of eccentric block.

YA type is an original China’s vibrating machinery technology while YK type is an advanced technology combining China’s original technology with Germany and Japan technology.

Working Principle

The amplitude of circular vibrating sieve is adjusted by the cylinder bearing eccentric shaft vibrator and eccentric block.

The vibrator, which is driven by motor, is installed on the side plate of the screen box.

Eccentric disc set up on the axle will generates centrifugal inertia force, forcing the screen box to move in circle motion.
