Vacuum high pressure gas quenching furnace Application: Mainly used for vacuum quenching, annealing, tempering, and solution treatment of metal materials such as high-speed tool steel, die steel, and martensitic stainless steel.

It can also be used for sintering and vacuum brazing of powder metallurgy products and magnetic materials.

According to the different cooling speed requirements of parts, it is equipped with a high-efficiency copper fin heat exchanger with adjustable cooling speed, which can realize processes such as graded quenching and isothermal quenching.

The furnace door is equipped with a unique sealing structure to ensure positive and negative pressure bidirectional sealing.
