SANXP-B Industrial Roll Slitting Rewinder can make both industrial paper roll and rolled hand towel and the switch can be done in a short time.
The machine is set with pneumatic roll loading, belt driving, tension control and air shaft, enabling edge embossing, perforating, slitting and rewinding at one time.
Main features:
1 - Air shaft is used to rewind the finished products with high location accuracy.
2 - Edge Embossing Unit: Adopts steel to steel edge embossing, independent cylinder control to avoid paper separating.
3 - Horizontal unwinding unit with pneumatic paper roll loading and wide belt paper transmission is set with individual tension control unit for each jumbo roll.
4 - Frontal and back inching switch is set to drive the paper to make easier and safer operation.
5 - Optional sealing function can be added to the customer’s requirement.
