PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The CNC pipe thread lathe QK1319 produced by our company adopts international VDI/DGQ3441 standard and is designed according to the requirements of pipe thread processing industry.

QK1319 CNC pipe thread lathe can process all kinds of thread precisely and realize the function of CNC lathe.

The machine adopts semi-closed protection device, precision ball screw for feeding, automatic lubrication system and automatic clamping mechanism of front and rear three-jaw chucks.

PRODUCT APPLICATION QK1319 CNC pipe thread lathe is suitable for thread processing of oil pipeline, drill pipe, tubing & casing in petroleum, chemical and metallurgical industries.

MACHINE PERFORMANCE AND CHARACTERISTICS 1 - QK1319 CNC pipe thread lathe has the characteristics of high rigidity, high precision and so on.

2 - The main machine adopts high rigidity bed base design, bed saddle, sliding body movement surface is attached with plastic guide board.

3 - The main drive system of the machine is SIMENS 808D.

The machine can be controlled easily and quickly by NC to achieve stepless speed regulation.

4 - The machine adopts mechatronics structure, the normal machining accuracy of the machine can reach IT7, and the surface roughness of the workpiece can reach Ra1.6 - 5 - The machine adopts front and rear double chuck system.

6 - The feeding system, the bed saddle moves along the bed in the z-axis direction by the Z-axis servo motor through the coupling directly drive the ball screw drive; The tool rest on the bed saddle moves in the X-axis direction by the X-axis servo motor directly through the coupling to drive the ball screw.
