MACHINE PERFORMANCE AND CHARACTERISTICS 1 - Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic integration and modular design, reasonable layout, compact structure, pleasant operation, convenient maintenance.

2 - The machine adopts horizontal bed, mountain line - plane bed, resin sand casting process, reasonable internal rib layout, wide guide surface, high overall rigidity of the bed.

3 - The ball screw with C3 level precision leadscrew, dustproof silk mother, longitudinal and transverse feed servo motor directly connected to ball screw through the coupling, ball screw support way, using an end fixed end this way of support can make the screw end it can extend freedom, in order to avoid the work due to temperature increase during the process of screw elongation, In order to compensate for the elongation of the lead screw caused by the rise of the working temperature and ensure the positioning accuracy of the lead screw and the rigidity of the ball screw system, the lead screw is pre-stretched and pre-tightened according to a certain thermal elongation before assembly to eliminate the influence of temperature rise on the accuracy.

7 - Screw and guide rail adopt centralized quantitative automatic lubrication device, lubrication is fully reliable, lubrication cycle automatic control.

8 - Cooling and chip removal system: the machine adopts full guide rail protection form, chip removal is convenient, and the main cooling box is separated, to ensure the accuracy of machine from the impact of cutting heat.

The cooling pump with large flow and high head can get strong cutting cleaning and cooling effect.
