Main Features

1 - Whole machine is welded with seamless steel structure, which is high temperature annealing and vibrating stress relief, so the lathe body is stabilized and will not be deformed forever.

2 - Three axes adopt Taiwan brand linear guide rail with high precision.

3 - Z axis adopts imported Taiwan made ball screw, so high precision and long life time using are assured.

4 - X and Y axis is transmitted by helical rack and pinion.

This makes the machine work faster and has larger cutting force compared with ball screw transmission.

5 - Well compatibility: CAD/CAM designing software, such as type3/castmate/wentai/art cam, etc.

6 - Manual/automatic oil-injection system allows the machine maintenance mush easier.

7 - Dust cover on spindle device can always keep the spindle clean and let the spindle have a long life time.

8 - High soft and famous brand electric cables with high abrasion, fold, high temperature, acid or alkali resistance.

9 - We will provide you several kinds of software for free, with English .

Also you will get the picture storage with thousands of 2D and 3D designs.

10 - Along with the machine, some spare parts, work fixtures and tools will be packed into the tool box.

11 - Whole machine will be wrapped with cling plastic and then packed into wooden case.
