SAND COOLER

With the development of automatic and continuous high

pressure molding systems it has become increasingly critical

that maximum uniformity and physical properties be achieved

in the sand system.

Available in seven (7) different sizes,

Ideal Sand-Cooler is an advanced, fully automated green sand

cooling and pre-mixing system for the continuous

homogenization and control of return sand temperature and

moisture prior to close-tolerance final mixing by the

foundries mixing group.

SAND QUALITY CONTROLLER

Sand Quality Controller ensures the sand capability alters

among small spectrum by control the mixing process, the

compactablity accuracy of in line control is among: ±2%.

It takes sample from the mixer, compare the tested actual

data with the goal then calculate to get the two critical

data of controlling sand quality:

- Compactablity %

- Sand mold intensity N/cm2
