Sand dewatering screens, mainly used for fine sand dewatering in the fine sand recovery units.
The fine sand that classified and concentrated by the hydrocyclone separators is separated from mud and stone powder, and then passed to the vibrating screen through apex spray for dewatering.
The dewatered fine sand will be discharged directly to the finished stock pile.
Sand dewatering screens also applied in sugar making, salt making, coal mining and other industries for classifying, dewatering, desliming, sculting and washing.
Sand dewatering screen adopts dual motor self-synchronization technology, universal eccentric block and adjustable amplitude vibrator.
It mainly consists of screen box, vibration exciter, support system and motor.
When working, the two mutually unconnected vibrators is driven to perform synchronous reverse operation through the coupling.
The centrifugal force generated by the eccentric mass of the two groups is superimposed along the component of vibration direction, and the reverse centrifugally canceled.
Thereby forming a single exciting vibration along the vibration direction, so that the screen box makes a reciprocating linear motion.
