The upgraded S400 Series are driven by diaphragm

pump, equipped with Saturn classic electronic systems and unique multi-

* The 6.5W variable speed motor is originated from Japan with lower power consumption and more stable functions, no maintenance need for 5000hrs .

* Unique hydraulic system design; lowest consumables consumption (4.5ml/h) which significantly decreases print cost.

* Optimized printhead heating thermostatic system; printhead temperature can be set by software, more flexible to extreme environment.

Clearer Print

* New square printhead design with double solenoids inside, adding multi-functions like beam adjustment, unblocking the nozzle, nozzle backwash, etc.

* User-defined Fonts System，capable of editing and printing anything you want.

* PC communication functions; graphics, logo, random serial number, and 2D code print are available.

Easier Maintenance

* New square printhead design with double solenoids inside, providing two-way cleaning for nozzle, easier maintenance on nozzle.

* Seperate design of electric units makes maintenance easy and economical.

Note S400 Series includes S480 standard model (66μ), high speed model (53μ), micro-character model (40μ), and S400P pigment ink model (66μ).
