Mini Duct Compact Line 3 - China

Comifo provides compact lines for small and medium sized duct factories and duct installation contractors.

Compact line can be either a stand alone system or the start of a complete automatic fabricating system.

It is the starter of duct manufacture, also it can be taken right to the construction site.

Its control system adopts specific software and realizes one person operation, which saves labor cost.

Compact Line III consists of cradle style decoiler, straightening, beading, punching, notching, hydraulic folding and hydraulic shearing.

It processes maximum coil width 1300mm or 1600mm galvanized steel for 18 to 30 gauge material into blank for TDF integrated flange duct, TTF/LT mate flange duct or angle iron flange duct.

√ Motor driven decoiling, selectable coils stand by, maximum capacity of 5-ton per station ( optional: up to 10-ton per station )

√ Bends right angle lock

√ PLC control, preset available prfiles and folding syle, notching size, punching size, cutting demension on touchscreen

√ This auto line will process 1300mm or 1600mm galvanized steel into blank for plasma cutting machine or notch blank for "L" section or full ductwork Capabilities:

√ Alternative width for 4(1300mm) or 5(1550) material

√ Thickness: 18-27ga (0.4-1.2mm)

√ Shearing tolerance of ±0.5mm

√ Hydraulic folding diagonal tolerance of ±0.5mm

√ 0-54FPM (0-18m/min) feeding speed, fast acting back gauge Stations: coil-straightening-beadin g- punching square -notching-folding-shearin g
