Super line III consists of cradle style decoiler, straightening, beading, punching, notching, folding, hydraulic shearing and pittsburgh lock forming type 1 ( forms pittsburgh lock ) .
It processes maximum coil with 1300mm or 1600mm galvanized steel for 18 to 30 gague material into blank for TDF integrated flange duct, TTF /LT mate flange duct or angle iron flange duct .

1 - Motor driven decoiling, selectable coils stand by, maximum capacity of 5-ton per station ( optional : up to 10-ton per station )
2 - Bends right angle lock
3 - Pittsburgh lock former, forms pittsburgh lock

5 - Accurate PLC control unit, preset available profiles and folding style, notching size, punching size, cutting dimension on touchscreen Stations:
