Resin sand production /reclaiming and molding systerm This complete sets of equipment mainly suit for iron-casting, steel-casting, non-ferrous alloy casting etc and can satisfy kinds of workmanship requirement of funan resin, alkli phenolic resin, ester harden sodium silicate-bonded sand etc.
It is updated equipment for domeatic casting factory.
This equipment mainly includes shakeout machine, crusher, magnetic separators and renewable machine, wind separator, sand temperature regulator, conveying system, dust removal system, gas control system, electronic control system, sand mixing machine and non-standard steel structure etc.
The resin sand is a molding and core making technology which the mould and core sand will be self-harded in some time in the flask when added in certain amount glue.
At present, the foundry usually applies furan resin sand, ester-hardening alkaline phenolic resin sand and pep-set resin sand.
The great characteristic is that under the room temperature the time during it's self-hard can be used.
The self-harded rate and hardness is related to the room temperature, environment humidity.
It's fit the single piece, small batch, various medium and large scale casting's mould and core, widely used in the, general, heavy, shipbuilding, locomotive, motorbike.
With the newest modern technology, the company has also developed regeneration and collecting equipment for resin self-hardening sand and water-glass sand and resin self-hardening sand molding line.
The company can supply 3-20t/h recycling used sand regeneration and collecting equipment, 5-30t/h succession sand blending machine, movable sand blending machine and 2-6t/h intermittent sand blending machine.
According to users’ specific demands, the company can also manufacture non-standard self-hardening sand equipment and we can service good installing, testing and delivery as well.
