Drill Pipe Hardbanding Preheating Machine - China

This equipment is mainly for preheating before drill pipe hardbanding welding.

Heating mode is medium frequency induction heating.

It is the auxiliary equipment of CNC hardbanding welding machine.

Equipment configuration and function:

Medium-frequency power supply, compensation capacitors, inductor adjusting bracket, inductor, temperature measurement system, external control panel, cooling water system and Connector Accessory

(1) Medium-frequency power supply: Request power condition of Medium-frequency power supply: Low voltage power supply：380 V 50 Hz 3phase 6 pulse Transformer: 190KVA/10KV power transformer or rectifier transformer (prepare by buyer)

(2) Inductor: It is composed of frame, inductor, positioning mechanism, Fastening device.

Inductor standard central height is 940mm

(3) Inductor adjusting device: ：

Adjust the central height of inductor.

Adjusting range: up and down total 100mm, adjusting mode: manual (4) Control platform

 Power supply on/of, power adjusting, showing。

 Measure temperature, temperature show

 Heating time controlled by timer, can adjust time at will。

 Medium-frequency power supply on/off and power adjusting。

 Operating mode (auto and manual) conversion for power supply on/of, emergency stop switch

(5) Temperature control:

Use temperature measurement system: infrared radiation thermometer Temperature scope: -20～600

Temperature control instrument: SR3 series

(6) Cooling system： During medium-frequency power supply is running, the reactor, silicon controlled, capacitor etc will be water cooling.

Reliable water cooling is the important component of medium-frequency power supply.

The cooling water requirement:

Water inlet temperature≤35℃ water outlet temperature≤50℃

Water pressure0.1-0.3MPa circulate water flow≥10T/hour
