sterilization Sterilization tank/cooking tank: Steam (120-130℃) is introduced to kill enzymes and sterilize to prevent oil hydrolysis.

Thresher: Separate the fruit bunches (FFB) into loose fruit particles.

Digester (cooking and mixing tank): Heat to soften the pulp and destroy the cell structure.

Hammer crusher: Crushes nuts (used for separating palm kernel oil).

2 - Pressing/extraction equipment Mechanical pressing (applicable to palm pulp oil) Screw press: core equipment, squeezes out crude oil (oil content is about 20-22%) through high pressure.

Twin screw press: efficient extraction, residual oil rate can be reduced to 5-8%.

Solvent extraction (applicable to palm kernel oil) Extractor: Use n-hexane to dissolve oil.
