1 - Bi-metal cylinder liner is used for the mud pump, for which

is adopted.

The blank of cylinder liner is one-step formed

with the inner liner and outer liner bonded tightly and

reliably.

The liner presents a much greater hardness and

roughness after thermal treatment and super-finishing, with

outstanding quality in the same industry.

2 - The outer liner is made of ZG45 steel material and the

inner liner is made of high-chromium iron.

3 - The hardness of the inner liner is greater than HRC60; the

surface roughness is above 0.4.
