1 - Chute

Chute for coarse ore is made of wood or iron plate strips to benefiate tungsten, tin, placer gold ore.

This kind of chute is kind of an iimportant equipment for placer gold esp.

for low grade, like below 1g/t.

It is easy to operate, maintain.

It can remove a large quantity of impurities with its large treatment capacity.

It can be used in both land and ships.

The chute installed on land is usually 15 meters long and 0.5-0.6m wide with its installation angle of 5-8 degree.

Its feeding range is wide from 0 to 20mm.

The chute can remove the lumps in the first half part.

However, its recovery rate is very low, about 60-70%.

It is also the lowest efficient gold separation machine.

2 - shaking table

As kind of gold ore beneficiation machine, it is mainly used in beneficiation of tin, iron, manganese, arsenic, gold etc.

Its limitation of feeding size id 0.019-3mm.

And it is usually working together with other beneficiation machines.

The recovery rate of shaking table is high while its separation efficiency is great.

But its treatment capacity is low and for a large capacity, several shaking tables will be needed and a large area will be needed, so shaking table shall work together with other machines to enlarge the handling capacity.

The gold content is low so capacity shall be large enough and the recovery rate shall be high.

The defect of shaking table makes it not able to work independently, but work together with equipment like jigger.

3 - jigger

As kind of gravity separation machines, it owns handling capacity of chute and recovery rate of shaking table, so it is adopted widely for both gold separation ships and large gold separation factories.

Ita average recovery rate is up to 92% while recovery rate of saw tooth wave jigger can be over 97%.
