Cone Crusher Working Principle

Cone crusher consists of frame, transmission device, hollow eccentric shaft, bowl-shaped bearing, crushing cone, springs and hydraulic pressure station for adjusting discharge opening.

When the cone crusher operate, the motor drives the eccentric shaft shell to turn around through the axle and bevel gear.

The axle swings with the force of eccentric shaft shell, so that the roll mortar wall is close to the surface of the crushing wall circularly.

The ores and rocks will be pressed to be smaller pieces in the crushing chamber.
