YL- Bogie- Hearth furnace is periodic operating furnace, mainly used for

heating treatment of the medium and small specialty castings and special

artifacts, etc.

YL- Bogie- Hearth furnace has the following components: furnace body, car, heating elements, furnace floor material, door, temperature control system, control cabinet, temperature controller, power thyristor, compensation wire, thermocouple, supporting electrical wait.

Application Notes 1) For preserving the longevity of the furnace components, we recommend the heating rate not to exceed 10 °C / min.

2) Cooling rate shall also not exceed 10 °C / min.

3) This furnace lacks vacuum sealing, toxic or explosive gases are not recommended for use with this furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision.

4) Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use.

This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
