Product introduction

Bailing three cylinder dryers are newly developed for dry

mixed mortar, sand, cement plant, coal gangue, slag, clay

mixture, fly ash, gypsum, iron powder as the raw material,

widely used in building materials, chemical industry,

foundry industry.

Three cylinder dryers improved the

internal structure of single cylinder drying machine,

coupled with the sealed equipments, moisture and reasonable

measures, the production capability increases by 50- 80%

with other dryers, volumetric evaporation intensity up to

120- 180kg/ m3, the standard coal consumption is only 6- 8kg/ t.

Its characteristics are advanced technology, reasonable

Drying machine roller are made of

45Cr material and roller of 35CrMo material, which are

Working principle :

The material feeding into the rotary drum inner layer is

composed of feeding device, realization flow drying .

The

material picked up by the inner layer of the copy board .

spiral moving type to realize heat exchange, The material

move to the inner of material and then the middle for

countercurrent drying.

Material in the middle is constantly

repeated raise .

Material in the middle is fully absorb heat

from the inner drum, and absorb the middle cylinder heat, at

the same time, the drying time was extended .

This material

achieve to optimum drying conditions.

The material fall into

the middle layer .

Material is moving rectangle loop mode in

the outer drum 。 Drying effect of materials discharged fast

marching under the action of drum in the hot air, wet

material did not reach the drying effect due to weight

cannot travel fast, material in the rectangular copy board

is fully dry, thereby completing the purpose of drying.

Product characteristics

powdery materials.

single cylinder drying machine , civil investment decreases

about 50% .

7, It cancan easily control the final moisture index

8, The material temperature is less than 50 degrees, which

cooling roof .

60 degrees, the exhaust gas temperature is < 100 degrees,

standard coal consumption < 9 kg, small model dryers for
