Material: Liners and end plates use high chromium iron plates.

Top liners material is 65Mn, Liners inside manual sealing door adopt good wear-resisting rubber plate.

Gap between lower liners and belt, lower liners and end plates will be less than 5mm, because lower liners are all manganese steels which are cut by laser cutting machine.

Blasting wheel description: To ensure high productivity, our product utilizes QY360 blast wheel that adopts Japanese technology and is very efficient.

In addition, the installation location and angle of blast wheel is determined based on the computer three-dimensional dynamic simulation result, which ensures all sides of workpieces can be thoroughly and quickly cleaned with no dead corner.

During cleaning, operator's visibility will not be affected by dust as our shot blasting equipment uses an efficient dust collector.
