1 - Product instruction Four-roller changed working method traditional

to supply power for four roller, thus to achieve working mode as four

roller mixing rubber for three times on one equipment.

This improves

production efficiency of equipment greatly and reduces energy

consumption of specific yield and labor cost obviously.

equipment with four rollers rationally arranged has smooth rubber

mixing process and convenient, quick, correct roller interval

adjustment based on hydraulic method.

2, Technical features

(1) The rollers all adopt centrifugal composing casting process, resulting in compact roller organization and even clear chill layer and completely eradicate defects as air hole, sand hole and slag inclusion.

(2) Material of roller working layer is nickel-chromium alloy characterized with high hardness (HS75°±2°), good abrasive resistance and long service life.

(3) Roller adopts surrounding drilling water circulation cooling to reduce temperature of roller working surface effectively (80-90℃), thus to guarantee quality of reclaimed rubber.

(4) The structure of four-roller pressing for three times could improve production efficiency greatly, reduce energy consumption of specific yield and reduce number of operation worker at the same capacity.

(5) The hydraulic roller interval adjustment could provide quicker operation, more correct adjustment and safer operation.

(6) The process of four-roller pressing for three times continuously could guarantee the product with better physical index and higher quality.
