Our mini rice wheat combine harvester, model NN4L- 0.7, is one rice/

wheat harvesting machine with ELECTRIC START diesel engine 8.8KW ( 12hp)

.

This unit is capable of completing reaping, threshing, separating,

cleaning, sieving and bagging coherently.

With self- propelled crawlers

& wheels, triangle belt and lower ground pressure, this machine has good

balance, mobility and climbing ability.

It works in dry, wet, and muddy

paddy fields and on various terrains including hillsides, uplands and

mountainous regions.

It is light- weighted, compact, easy to operate and

maintain.

It features:

1 - Light Weight and Compact Design

This unit is of compact assembly dimensions: 3.2m* 1.4m* 1.2m.

The whole machine has a light weight of 400.0kg.

This makes it much easier to be stored in a shed or workshop, maneuver around various fields, or load into a vehicle for transport.

2 - Harvesting, Threshing, Cleaning and Bagging Rolled into One Machine

This unit is capable of completing reaping, threshing, separating, cleaning, sieving and bagging coherently.

The complicated harvesting work, one person can get it done quickly and easily.

Please note that bags have to be prepared and fixed on the machine while bagging.

The cutting width is up to 1.1m with feeding capacity 0.7t/ h and max productivity 0.33acre/ h.

4 - Electric Start Diesel Engine 12hp

The unit comes with a powerful diesel engine 8.8KW ( 12hp) .

With electric start design instead of pull start, it is much easier to put this machine to work.

It’s available with either water cooling or air cooling, which offers users more space to choose their suitable one.

With excellent threshing and fluid winnowing ( air separation) design, the rice / wheat harvested are of great quality.

They are of high purity ≥ 99.0% , low breakage ratio ≤ 0.2% and minimum loss ≤ 1.0% .

Thanks to its compact design and lower centre of gravity, the machine shows high balance performance when working in dry & muddy fields, plains & hills.

Self- propelled with a combination of crawlers and wheels, the machine has good mobility and climbing ability.

It can easily move from field to field.

With high balance performance and climbing ability, this machine works on dry, wet & muddy paddy fields, plains & hills.

With compact design, it can turn a circle in a minimum radius of 1.1m.

It is specially suitable for small plots in hills and mountains where general combined harvesters can not enter in or make a turn.

8 - Comfortable Seat for Operators and Easy Operations & Handling with Various Joysticks

Comfort and safety have always been our concern in designing our machines.

Operators are supposed to drive the machine just on their seats, which offers a safe and comfortable environment to them during harvesting.

All operations, including forward and back navigation, will be carried out by various joysticks.

Users can comfortably handle the harvester to accomplish the harvesting work just on their seat.

9 - Variable Speed Gears

With a dedicated gearbox, variable speed gears are available.

That includes 4 forward gears and 4 reverse gears.

10 - Two Adjustable Cutters for Grains and Straws

There are two cutters installed in this harvester.

The upper one is for cutting grains, and the lower for straws.

Both of them are adjustable on growth of the crops.

11 - Non Clogging

With extra large threshing cylinder and thickened auger, the machine is unlikely to clog, which will help to guarantee the smooth working of the whole machine.

12 - Lower Ground Pressure and No Trapping

With light weight and 350mm wide crawlers, it greatly minimize the pressure upon the field ground.

The machine passes paddy fields smoothly without trapping or hardening the ground.

Our machine is energy- saving with a fuel consumption 0.7~1.0L/ h.

The colors of the machine are painted with electrostatic spray technology.
