Product introduction

Mine drying machine is widely used in building materials,

metallurgy, chemical industry, cement industry, coal,

limestone， mineral slag , clay and other materials.

Mine

drying machine is mainly composed of a rotary body, lifting

plate, driving device, supporting device and a sealing ring

and other components.

It has advantages of reasonable

structure, well made, high output, low energy consumption,

Mine drying machine’s works as follows : wet materials put

into a dryer and turned by copy board which is uniformly

distributed in the cylinder .

The material in the dryer is

evenly distributed and decentralized, and contact with the

flow ( reflux) of hot air fully, to speed up the drying and

heat transfer, mass transfer.

In the process of drying, the

material in the copy board with sloping and hot gas flow

effect, The finished products is discharge in adjustable

motion for dryer another star type.

It Suitable for

chemical, mining, metallurgy and other large particles of

industries , the specific gravity of dry material, such as

ore, slag, coal, metal powder, phosphate, ammonium sulfate.

There are special requirements on powdery, dry granular

materials, such as: HP vesicant, lees, light calcium

carbonate, active clay, powder, graphite, dregs,

requirements for low temperature drying, and mass continuous

dry materials.

Because the different materials have high requirement on

the dryer texture , the Bailing dryer’s lifter can choose

different texture depend on the the different material

properties, such as stainless steel, high manganese steel

etc.

Working principle

In the process of drying: wet materials by belt conveyor or

a bucket elevator to the hopper, and the feed hopper through

the feeding pipe into the feed end.

Feeding pipeline rake

angle must be more than the natural material, so that the

material can flow of dryer smoothly .

Dryer cylinder is a

horizontal rotating cylinder which has slightly tilt.

Material from high end to put in and heat carrier from the

low- end entry put in , then materials into countercurrent

contact with a heat carrier or the material flow into the

cylinder with heat carrier together .

With the rotating end

materials run by gravity to the lower cylinder.

Wet material

in the cylinder body to move forward in the process,

directly or indirectly by heat body heat, make the wet

material to dry, and then in the discharge by the screw

conveyor or belt conveyor .

A lifter is arranged on the inner

wall of the barrel body, it is the function of the material

lifting up and down , the materials and the contact surface

increases airflow, to improve the drying rate and promote

material progress.

Heat carrier are generally divided into

hot air, flue gas.

Heat carrier by the dryer, the general

need of cyclone dust collector in the gas with material

collected.

For further reduction of exhaust gas dust

content, material should be through the bag dust collector

and wet dust before discharge .
