The tensile strength is far less than the compressive strength, and the Dinli handheld hydraulic rock splitter is developed based on this feature.

First, drill a hole with appropriate depth and diameter, then insert the wedge of the splitter and align it to determine the splitting direction, start the hydraulic power station, and the hydraulic power station will output a pressure of 60Mpa to the splitter.

The oil cylinder in the splitter can generate tens of tons of thrust, pushing the wedge to expand on both sides, and the expansion force can reach hundreds of tons, so that the rock or concrete can be cracked from the inside.

Dinli hydraulic rock splitter is mainly composed of one or more splitters, a hydraulic power station, and a set of high-pressure hydraulic connecting pipes.

Use rock drills and other drilling equipment to drill holes in the rock or concrete that needs to be split.

Drilling diameter: DL-250: 42mm DL-350: 45mm DL-450: 50mm

Drilling depth: DL-250: ≥45mm DL-350: ≥600mm DL-450: ≥700mm

The drill hole distance is determined by practice according to the rock or concrete hardness, generally 40mm-1000mm.

Put the wedge group of the splitter into the hole, and adjust the splitting direction according to the free surface.

When splitting, multiple splitters should be concentrated in the holes close to each other, and the splitting directions should be consistent, so that the splitting force is concentrated, the splitting effect is better, and the splitting efficiency is greatly improved.

Use an excavator or a crowbar to remove the split rock or concrete.
