1 - horizontal parting, four post guiding, mold close & open smooth & reliable, applicable for various kinds of cylinder body, cover, jacket core, end cover core, crankcase core & shell core etc.

2 - With top liftout attachment, make sure sand core left in bottom mold.

Bottom ejection attachment drive the sand core out into cart for picking up.

3 - Shooting nipple could be insert type, saving material & decrease cleaning job.

4 - Shooter auto move away after sand shooting, meanwhile automatic sand feeding, molding board no need for water cooling.

5 - Heating mode is electric heating or gas heating optional as per user choice.

6 - Sand block device inside the shooter.

When changing the shooting board, sand leftover inside the shooter can not leak out.

7 - Sand shooting valve adopts high quality products, with self cleaning function.

8 - Whole equipment transmission adopts hydraulic or pneumatic driven, running smooth & reliable.

9 - Using imported PLC(OMRON, MITSUBISHI), touch screen programmable

10 - Sand feeding mechanism(elevator, pneumatic sand feeding system) is optional.
