1 - Combined glass tempering furnace has two heating sections in which

JetConvectionTM heating technology and AirStreamTM heating technology

are applied for optimum heating effect according to different

features of glass sheets.

2 - Different working modes can be set for quality focus, productivity focus or size focus.

Best quality guarantee if the first heating section works as pre-heating furnace, that will largely reduce quality defects such as optical distortion, spherical bent, mottling, white haze, etc.

Higher productivity guarantee if both heating section set the same temperature, which largely increase throughput.

Ultra big size guarantee if the two heating-section set the same temperature and work as one united heating section, that makes tempering of ultra big glass sheets possible.

3 - Suitable for tempering flat glass sheets for architecture, furniture, autos, and household electrical appliances industries.

4 - Equipped with JetConvectionTM Heating system, able to temper on-line and off-line Low-E(E=0.02) glass, ultra clear glass, screen printed glass, patterned glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.

LD-T0 Series

LD-AT0 series combined flat glass tempering furnace has two heating sections with JetConvectionTM heating technology applied on the top and bottom of the table roller, it can temper glass with best quality.

b.

Glass can be tempered includes on-line and off-line Low-E(E=0.02) glass, ultra clear glass, screen printed glass, patterned glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.

LD-T3 Series

LD-AT3 series combined flat glass tempering furnace has two heating sections with JetConvectionTM heating technology applied on the top of the table roller, it can temper glass with best quality.
