Working principle

Fly ash drying machine is suitable for drying fly ash,

phosphorus gypsum and titanium gypsum industrial dust,

sludge .

It works as follows: powdered or granular powder

ash is transported from the belt feeding machine to the

feeding machine, then fly ash is transported from the feeding

machine to the drying drum.

Turn powder is turning by copy

board which is evenly distributed in the drying drum,

uniform dispersion and hot air drying to achieve full

contact, heat transfer, mass transfer.

Fly ash after the

drying discharge finished products in the drum terminal

through discharger discharge .

The drying process will be

completed after the dry goods output through the belt

discharging machine , .
