AJ Solids Control Decanter Centrifuge can bu used in drilling fluid solids control system and oilfield drilling waste management system.
AJ's decanter centrifuge has two types, one is middle speed, this is the common using one in the drilling site.
The other type is high speed decanter centrifuge.
This is usually used in final cleaning ststem.
Decanter centrifuge is used to process unweighted, water based and oil based drilling muds.
It is the final phase (called 5th phase solids control) solids control.
After the decanter centrifuge, the solids size in the drilling fluid can reach 5-7μm.
And the high speed Decanter Centrifuge can reach 2-5μm.
The treated well fluid will back to storage tank to wait using the new matching drilling fluid.
