yc- 015A Lab scale spray dryer is our latest type which adopts advanced
international technology and spare parts and can be used to process the
samples of aqueous solutions and organic solvents.
It assembles many of new design, for example, small shape for free moving, combining air compressor and electrical heater inside the cabinet, glass spray and cyclone separator for inspecting.
All the data and function are controlled by PLC.
Max capacity: 1500ml/ h
Temperature range of Inlet air: 40℃ - 250℃
Temperature range of outlet air: 40℃ - 140℃
Precision of temperature: ± 1 ℃
Dryer time: 1.0- 1.5 S
Speed of squirt pump: 50- 2000ml/ h,
Spray system: two liquid nozzle ( 0.5/ 0.7/ 0.75/ 1.0/ 1.5/ 2.0/ 2.5mm)

Drying capacity not less than 1.5 liter / h for aqueous solutions and organic solvents.
Dimensions of the dry molecules range from 1- 25 µm at least
Can be used to process the samples of aqueous solutions and organic solvents.
Vacuum air system can control the intensity of pressure in the device.
The device has system to intensify and separate of organic solvents ( Inert loop spray drying with organic solvents) .
Digital LCD shows all the processes the device does.
Sensors to monitor the device work, the gas, the heating, the pressure and other.
