6-layer sintered mesh is widely used for filtration, washing and drying, 3 in 1 medical filter plate as well as drug filtration industries.
It is based on the 5-layer mesh by adding one layer 3.5mm thickness 12 mesh size, better pressure resistance, which can be processed into split type and integral type.
Normally our standard mesh has 5 layers, that is protection layer, filter layer, separation layer, support layer.
It can not only maintain stable and even filtration rate but also ensure high strength and hardness.
An ideal filter medium is a kind of material with high anti-pressure resistance and uniform filtration size.
