Return Oil Double Switch Filter - China

These series of Return Oil Double Switch Filter have a high flow range from 1300 l/min to 13000 l/min with maximum pressure 1.6 Mpa.

They are widely used in the hydraulic systems of heavy-duty mining and metallurgical machines.

Performance and use:

Installed in the low pressure pipeline or return pipeline line of the hydraulic system, filter out the solid particles and colloidal substances in the working medium, effectively control the pollution of the working medium.

LYPD series can be quickly switched through six-way piston rotary valve to achieve uninterrupted work.

The piston of rotary valve moves in a straight line to ensure sealing, low resistance and flexible opening.

The filter element has a bypass valve and the pressure gauge or differential pressure transmitter can be assembled as required.

The filter elements are made of composite fiber, kapok qualitative filter paper and stainless steel woven mesh.

Filter shell material is low carbon steel, which can also be processed with stainless steel according to the needs.
