supporting layer from polyester or polypropylene.
PTFE is characterized
by high chemical inertness and widely used in strong acid filtration and
base solutions such as wet etching, solvent striping, and cleaning
processes of semiconductor factory.
The membrane has about 80~95%
porosity, and the uniform pore size distribution.
