Main usage and characteristics: Profiles with teeth: strip insertion
Strip inserting machine adopts special gear four-drive, inserting tow
thermal barrier strips accurately in slot of aluminum profiles through
guiding slots.
With adjustable inserting speed, it is easy and flexible
in operation, greatly increasing production efficiency.
Characteristics:
1, The strips will not be worn during insertion, and each finished bridge-cut-
off thermal barrier profiles feature consistent shearing force at the
head, middle and end.
2, The CNC system imported from Panasonic, Jipan,
with high quality ensures the speed and accuracy.
