This type of gearbox is designed with parallel cylindrical gear transmission mode; the input shaft is connected with the motor shaft through the coupling, and driven by the motor.

After the gear reduction and power distribution, the power is transmitted to the rotor shaft of the internal batch mixer through the coupling, in this way to move the rotor to produce the rubber.

The gearbox applies the involute helical gear and rolling bearings; the input and output seals are designed with combined oil seal and mechanical seal.

Forced lubrication is introduced to the system, and a simple lubrication device is mounted on the housing of the small gearbox, which is very practical and looks nice.

An independent thin oil station is installed to the large gearbox.
