Description

IPX9K water spray test chamber device simulates a high-temperature and high-pressure environment, and conducts water spray tests on the test subjects.

Ipx9k water spray test chamber device has four nozzles, each at 0 ° 30 ° 60 ° 90 °, and conducts water spray tests on high-temperature and high-pressure water flow from four angles.

When use the JOEO IPX9K high pressure water spray test chamber, place the sample on a turntable.

When the device starts and the water temperature reaches a certain temperature, the water flow is controlled by a pressure gauge and flow meter, and the water sprayed from the nozzle is sprayed onto the tested object.

For small enclosures (maximum size not exceeding 250mm), the rotational speed of the turntable is 5 ± 1r/min.

All four angles were tested for 30 seconds.

For large shells (maximum size greater than or equal to 250mm), spray from four directions to cover the entire surface of the shell, and the spray angle should be as perpendicular as possible to the spray surface.

The test time is 1 minute per minute, with a minimum of 3 minutes.
