Types of counter flow cooling towers

According to the noise level: ordinary type (P), low noise type (D), ultra-low noise type (C), industrial type (G)

According to the structure of the tower, there are square towers and round cooling towers.

Countercurrent cooling tower is the water in the tower filling, the water in the tower from top to bottom, the air in the tower from bottom to top, this is the counter current cooling tower.

Three stages of cooling tower:

1 - The water distributor to the tower packing top, because the water temperature is relatively high, can continue to transfer heat to the air.

2 - The filling water at the top of the counterflow cooling tower is exchanged with the hot gas at the bottom, commonly known as the countercurrent section.

3 - When the filler reaches the bottom of the sump, the hot water will be cooled into cold water, and the counter flow type cooling tower is more efficient than the cross-flow cooling tower.
