Barrel plating is suitable for workpieces that cannot or should not be mounted for plating due to shape, size and other factors.

It saves labor, improves labor productivity, and improves surface quality of plated parts.

1 - Designed for barrel plating copper and tin products, small workpieces up to 0.1mm needle-shaped small pieces.

2 - The roller is designed with three slots as one, with precision mesh sheet type roller L1500*diameter 500 (mm) and 24V/3000A high frequency pulse special power supply.

3 - The whole line are designed with automatic exchange crane, fully automatic PLC program centralized control, open program simple and flexible operation.

4 - Designed with 4 gantry-type traveling cranes, the supporting frame is made of SUS304.
