Troubleshooting Methods:

1 - If the white light is displayed all the time, it means that the soldering iron tip is broken or not inserted into place!

2 - If the light is not on and does not heat up when plug in the charging cable, you need unplug the soldering iron tip to observe.

3 - If the light is on and there's no color, that means the charger power is too low.

If the light is not on, please replace the charger or charging cable.
