The waste tire recycling equipment can pyrolysis waste tires, waste

The whole pyrolysis system of the waste tire recycling equipment is composed by 13 parts, which are reactor, transmission device, catalytic chamber, cooling tube, heavy tank, oil-water separator, condenser, light oil tank, safety device, vacuum system, dedusting system, draft fan and chimney.

Working process of our waste tire refining machine.

Firstly, put the raw material into furnace, then seal the feed inlet system.

Secondly, burn the fuel material(coal, or wood, or natural gas, or oil ) in the combustion system.

The reactor will slowly heat, when the temperature reaches around 250 degree celsius, it will produce oil gas, which will be processed by our technology, then goes to the cooling system to cold down.

The gas which can not be liquefied under normal pressure will be designed to back to combustion system instead of the fuel material to burn the reactor, which can save energy very much.

After finishing oil producing, the temperature of reactor will come down, at the same time, carbon black will be discharged automatically.

Lastly, when the temperature falls to 100 degree celsius, worker could open the door of the reactor to discharge the steel wire, then can start another batch.

Application of the end products :

The fuel oil from the waste tire recycling pyrolysis equipment can be used for heating.

For example, it can used in power plant factory, glass factory cement factory , ceramic factory, aluminum factory, boiler factory, central heating factory , painting factory, etc.

The carbon black from the waste tire to oil machine can used in electric cable jacketing , conveyor ban, hose and door mat black nylon bag , automatic spare parts and so on .
