Chamber 1 - Teflon surface treatment on both side improves performance of corrosion- resistant, increase service life of the Cabinet

5 - pressure relief opening is installed on the top of the chamber, and connect to the pressure governor, so the pressure inside the chamber could be automatically adjusted

12 - Proveide America MEDTHERM water- cooling heatflux sensor( radiating cone device is the same brand) , and a NIST calibration certificates is available

13 - Provide self- circulation cooling water system, no need to connect to source of water

14 - The weighing system is provided, so the MOD smoke density and thermal weight loss of the material could be measured, measuring range 0~5000g, accuracy 0.01g

16 - dark cassette is installed on the top of the chamber, photomultiplier to receive light source, S- 4 frequency response and light transmittance could reach 0.0001% , neutral filter is installed inside the dark cassetteits used for calibration.

17 - Inside the dark cassette there has a roulette installed and could auto switch to Clear, Filter and Dark state according to the change of the smoke density

18 - The uniformity flare is supplied by incandescent light bulb under the chamber

19 - integrated design with Industrial PC, operator could use software to control the test procedure, when the test is finished, the test report could be printed by own printer
